Cancellation Policy

To ensure that our members can use our services with peace of mind, we would like to provide the following guidance regarding changes and cancellations after a date has been confirmed. Please review this policy before using our services.

1.Application of This Policy
This Policy shall apply as a supplementary provision to the Membership Terms and Conditions.
In the event of any discrepancy between this Policy and the Membership Terms and Conditions, this Policy shall prevail.
2.Changes and Cancellations After a Date Has Been Confirmed
If a schedule change or cancellation occurs after a date has been confirmed, it will, in principle, be treated as a cancellation.
However, this shall not apply where the Club deems otherwise to be reasonable.
3.Points and Refunds
As a general rule, any refund made in connection with a cancellation shall be provided in the form of points. Please note that refunds in cash are not available.
In addition, the validity period of any returned points shall remain subject to the original expiration date, and such validity period shall not be extended as a result of the refund.
4.External Costs Such as Hotels and Restaurants
Even if a date is cancelled, the Club shall not bear any cancellation fees, reservation fees, or other charges related to external facilities such as hotels and restaurants. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
5.Cancellations on the Day Before or the Same Day
If cancellations on the day before or the same day, or cancellations without notice, are repeated, the Club may suspend future service provision or terminate membership in accordance with the Membership Terms and Conditions.
To ensure smooth arrangements and introductions, if you need to change or cancel a scheduled date, please consult us as early as possible.
